Information regarding payment methods

Shipping charges

• Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs.

• The charge is 5.5 € (ACS) & 4.80 € (ELTA) for all over Greece except for not easily accessible areas or for parcels over 2kg.

• There is also the possibility of sending an order even on Saturday until 1 p.m., at an additional charge of 3.5 €.

• Shipping costs are the same for all over Greece (excluding not easily accessible locations), and apply for orders up to 65€.

• For orders over 65 €, shipping costs are free of charge.

• The shipping charge for not easily accessible areas is 12.50 € and for parcels over 2kg is 1 € for every kg over 2.

In case of a refund, shipping costs are charged to the company in the event of error or defective products. However, if an order is shipped with the products you have requested and returned back due to a change of code, the shipping cost is charged to the customer.

Payment methods

• By deposit to a bank account (Eurobank Bank).

• By paying at our store

Cash on delivery payment

You have the option to choose an on delivery payment method. This service is provided in cooperation with a courier company and you can select it when you complete your order.

Bank account deposit

We accept payments by bank transfer to Eurobank Bank. It is important for the prompt delivery of the order to indicate the Order Number (sent to you by e-mail after the completion of the order) as well as your name and surname when depositing the money in the statement of reasons. The deposit data is as follows:

The process of executing your order will begin upon confirmation of the deposit. To avoid any problems, you are advised to check carefully the final amount of your order. Our company is not responsible for any additional bank charges concerning money deposits or by failing to deposit (depositing into a different account) and is not obliged to send the order in this case.

Receipt

Our company sends a receipt and delivery note upon dispatch of the order. If you wish to issue an invoice upon completion of the order, add the issue details at the relevant tab. Do not forget to mention at the comments area at the bottom of the page that you want to issue an invoice.

VAT

All prices include 24% VAT.

Product shipping is done in cooperation with ACS Courier and ELTA Courier. Shipping charges

• Shipping costs are the same for all over Greece (except for not easily accessible areas or parcels over 50kg) and are valid for orders up to 65€.

• For orders over 65 € shipping costs are free of charge.

• If you live in a not easily accessible area, the shipping cost is 13.80 €.

• For parcels over 2kg the charge is 1€ for each extra kilo over 2.

• If your order is over 50 € but you also live in a not easily accessible area or your parcel is over 2kg then the amount of 5.5 € is deducted.

In case of a refund, shipping costs are charged to the company in the event of error or defective products. However, if an order is shipped with the products you have requested and the product codes you have selected but returned back due to a change of code, the shipping cost is charged to the customer.

Deliveries

Our company is not responsible for any delay of delivery by the courier. If the parcel is obviously damaged upon delivery, the buyer must inform us before accepting and opening the parcel in order to be entitled to a refund or to a new delivery. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in the event that the buyer has accepted delivery.

Product availability

Our company tries to ensure that every item which appears in its online store is readily available. In the event that an item is not available, the customer is notified by phone about the details and possible delivery time. If you do not agree with the designated delivery time you can cancel your order (in which case you will have full refund of the amount you may have paid) and make a new one.

Delivery dates and times

Once your payment is confirmed (cash on delivery, paypal, deposit) your order will be sent in 1-2 business days.

As shipping time we define the length of time during which a product, from the moment the payment is confirmed, is sent to the final customer and lasts 1 to 2 business days, depending on the region.

Deliveries are made daily until 5pm.

Orders that take place during the weekend will be sent on Monday, once they have been confirmed.
